Anand has over two decades of experience working in different roles in the financial services industry in the US, UK, Far East and India. Anand has worked on cross border M & A transactions and private equity investment deals. Anand has been involved in South Peak Interactive Corporation going public through a transaction with GSPAC involving funding the PIPE investment - rated as one of the most successful SPAC in 2008.
Anand's role involves business development, client liaison and co-ordination with leading investment banks and private equity firms globally. Anand also consults with governments on attracting investments in the services globalization sector.
Prior to joining Tholons Capital, Anand was in a leadership role at Morgan Stanley with extensive experience working in banking, financial and investment banking technology / client delivery. His expertise spans the spectrum of financial services vertical and a deep knowledge of the technology in the industry.
Anand has managed a number of outsourced projects with vendors and also has considerable experience working with Morgan Stanley's captive office in India in a leadership role. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in Chicago, Anand was with KPMG Consulting.
Anand has a post graduate degree from IIT, Kharagpur and an engineering degree from University of Madras.
