At Tholons Capital, Mohit is engaged in financial investment and strategic growth initiatives for the services sector including deal sourcing, deal valuation and deal structuring. He brings with him deep operational and consulting experience in outsourcing/offshoring industry (IT Services and Telecom) and works on industry analysis, valuation, structuring and due diligence for transactions. His role also involves business development, client delivery and execution which include preparation of mandate, networking for deal pipeline, deal sourcing and managing transactions end to end.
Prior to Tholons Capital, Mohit was a Management Consultant at Tholons Consulting. He advised clients which included governments and global service providers on corporate strategy for growth and expansion, skill enhancement and cost rationalization. He has authored several research notes and articles for the firm with few publications in Dataquest, India’s leading IT Magazine, on topics like Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Earlier, Mohit has also worked with Ericsson, world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and Aricent Communication, world's largest private communications software company, in an operational management role.
Mohit holds an M.B.A. with specialization in finance and strategy from School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and is an engineering graduate in computer science from Punjab Engineering College (PEC). He has successfully completed Level I and II of CFA program (CFA Institute, USA).
