Experience: Skanda is a Consultant at Tholons Inc. He has been part of various consulting assignments for multiple US and Europe clients.
Skanda has played a significant role in developing location assessment strategies and selecting low cost locations in the Indian subcontinent, Asia Pacific and Europe for clients. He has also worked on engagements relating to corporate strategies such as market entry, cost rationalization, expansion strategies apart from strongly developing and supporting the research practice at Tholons. He has also contributed significantly to the development and implementation of a program in a West Asian country that aimed at enhancing and building skill capacity for long term growth.
Prior to joining Tholons, Skanda was a team Coordinator with Cambridge Solutions. Part of the initial Finance and Accounting team at Cambridge, Skanda was instrumental in successfully transitioning and managing various F&A processes such as Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense Accounting, Escrow Accounting, and Bank Reconciliations for various clients in the Insurance and Real Estate space.
Apart from managing clients, he was involved in the strategic planning of projects including feasibility, transition planning, setting quality standards and implementation. In his tenure in Cambridge, he was engaged as a consultant in developing transition methodologies and bringing process improvements for a global investment bank's accounting practice. Skanda also supported various Business Development initiatives for the F&A vertical in Cambridge.
Education: Skanda holds a PGDBM from MATS School of Business, and a Bachelors in Commerce from Bangalore University. |
